Not at all—your presence at any part of the celebration means so much to us. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the area and should not be relied upon for transportation. We recommend arranging a taxi or private car service in advance for both drop-off and pick-up, or renting a car if you plan to explore the region during your stay. For guests staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel, transportation will be provided on the wedding day.

We kindly request all guests to be seated by 4:45 p.m. Please plan to arrive on-site no later than 4:30 p.m. to allow time to park, enter the venue and find a seat. Due to the bridal party processional, all pathways and walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 4:55 p.m.

Tuscany in May is typically warm, sunny with comfortable evenings. Daytime temperatures are typically in the mid to high-70s°F (21–25°C), while evenings can cool down to low-60s°F (13–17°C). We recommend dressing in light, breathable fabrics for daytime and bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening. The ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors, so comfortable footwear for walking on grass, gravel and cobblestone paths is also encouraged. Dancing will take place inside.
